Event Connection Networking Meeting on November 18, 2009 at the Doubletree Ocean Point Resort and Spa on Sunny Isles Beach

A Thoughtless Wedding Inc and our company(Dream Wedding Designers in South Florida) murged to put together an event that vendors will keep talking about it for a long time. Thanks to an amazing hostess at the Doubletree Ocean Point Resort and Spa, Terry Longo, this event was a huge success. After six weeks of hard work, the event made a huge impression on top vendors in South Florida. Over 100 vendors made their appearance at the Premier Event Connection. Thanks to our sponsors such as Etheral Floral Design, Aroma Espresso, Elegant Touch, Uplyte, Miami Henna, Denny's catering, Emindee Images, Indigo Events, Divine Delicacies, Norma's Touch, Rays of Light, Edda's Cakes Design, Sushi Mann Express and of course Doubletree Ocean Point Resort.

Also thanks to our amazing DJ, Mike Berriors from MB Entertainment. We were lucky enouph to have him join our event as a sponsor.

First time we had a speed networking and it was a huge success. Many vendors met other vendors in 3 min. It was an interesting experience for all of us and a lot of fun.

Here are some pictures from the event(Terry Longo took the pictures).

Elegant touch did a nice jobs decorating a center table

The coffee from Aroma Espresso was just so good.

All the cakes were gone by the end of the night

Etheral Floral Design did a great job with center pieces. It was a fall theme

Uplyte did a nice job with the lighting on the walls and Elegant touch with the chocolate table cloth and chair covers. Looked elegant

Here are our vendors in the middle of speed networking.

Everyone is so engaged in a conversation and didn't realize they were being photographed the entire time

Here is our candy buffet. Since it was a fall theme, our candy buffet had three colors (black, white and brown). Very coorporate and buisness like. Everyone enjoyed the candies and took some home in the clear bags with ties.

Next day, Doubletree Resort and Spa had a luncheon for their employees, so we left them our candy buffet for the next day for the employees to enjoy the sweets.

More pictures are on the way from a professional photographers by Emindee Images. Can't wait to see their work.

This was an event to remember. Thanks everyone for participating and coming to the First Event Connection Networking Meeting.

Entrepreneurial leaders do not have a mindset that adapts to failure. Things go wrong, of course, but entrepreneurs don´t call them "failures" they call them "glitches, mistakes, bungles, setbacks" – but not failing.

When one such entrepreneur was asked about the hardest decision he ever had to make, he answered that he didn´t know what a hard decision was. An entrepreneur will approach decision-making with the idea that there´s a strong likelihood that he/she will be wrong. This doesn´t dissuade them – to the contrary they just do the best they can and worry about handling obstacles as they arise.

Here's a few entrepreneurs:

Apropos Creations, LLC is a wedding and event planning service located in Phoenix, AZ and is a newly established business. Jo Ann M. She is very conscientious to the bride´s feelings and does her best to fulfill what the bride has envisioned her wedding to be. Apropos Creations has multiple packages to accommodate all types of budget and also offers a complimentary consultation to hash out any questions the bride and groom may have. A common question among many brides: "Should I hire a wedding planner?" And the answer is yes! The gain to hire a wedding planner is not based on the wedding budget, size of the guest list, or the wedding theme.

The reality remains: timing is everything! Parents and couples may hire a wedding planner based upon all the details involved for a successful wedding day. Hiring a wedding planner provides another opportunity to the family to enjoy their day that much more. Above all, hiring a wedding coordinator saves! It saves money, saves energy and equally important; it saves time.

Wedding coordinators are working to assist with every detail from your initial meeting up to the departure for the honeymoon. They will assist you with your budget, vendor referrals, negotiating contracts, and focus on the theme you have encrypted as your special day. Save The Date Planners understand that planning a wedding is an enormous task and undoubtedly stressful. But we make sure you are able to place emphasis on the positive highlights and why this day is important. Enjoy the moments that lead up to the wedding.
